Fútvolley

Number of Players

1. 6 players on the court for each team

Equipment

1. Soccer ball

2. Pickle ball Net

3. Volleyball Court

Rules

Start of Game

1. Once teams have been chosen the team selects a captain

2. The captains will juggle a soccer ball using FIFA rules

3. The captain that juggles the ball the most wins the serve for his/her team

Service

1. The server is the player in the back left corner, facing away from the net

2. The server is stationed behind the volleyball service line

3. The server dropkicks, punts, or place kicks the soccer ball to serve.

4. The soccer ball must travel over the net and stay in the other teams field of

play

5. If ball is served out or if the ball is blocked by the net the ball goes to the

other team for their serve

6. The receiving team is not allowed to block the serve

Game Play
1. After the ball is served into play the receiving team has three touches of the

ball to return the ball to the other team

a. The ball may only be touched in accordance to FIFA Rules (no hands

or arms), other than serve.

2. The ball is considered dead if it touches the ground

3. The team that wins the point will serve the next ball

4. When the receiving team wins a point the players rotate clockwise and the

player in the service spot is the new server.

Scoring

1. The serving team

a. A point will be awarded to the serving team if;

i. Ball comes into contact with the floor with in the lines of the

volleyball court

ii. The Receiving team is unable to return the ball over the net

with in the allotted number of touches

iii. The ball comes in contact with the opponent’s side of the floor

or the opponent returns the ball and lands out of bounds

2. The receiving team

a. A point will be awarded to the receiving team if;

i. The service is out of bounds or served into the net

ii. After a return the service team is unable to return the ball with

in the allotted number of touches


iii. The ball comes in contact with the opponent’s side of the floor

or the opponent returns the ball and lands out of bounds.

Winning

1. The game is considered over when a team reaches 25 points.

a. An exception is made when the losing team is with in two points of the

winning team.

i. The winning team must win by at least two points

Purpose of Game

1. The goal of the game is to outscore your opponents

2. Enhances soccer skills, ball handling, and ball placement

 Server is in the 1 position and rotates clockwise through out game play
 Non-servers are in the 2-6 positions
 After the server loses the serve he/she rotates to the 2 position the 6
position moves to the 1 position to serve
