1. Copy into a new file the Career Action Worksheet 4-3 table with your qualifications.
Finalize your Qualifications list for use in your resume by using the following
checklist:
Have you selected the most important, eye-catching strengths and capabilities?
Have you been purposeful and only included the top 8 to 10 strengths?
Have you described your top strengths in no more than three to five words?
Have you ordered your Qualifications list from most important and relevant to
least important and relevant?
Have you used industry-relevant keywords?
2. Considering the two different job targets that you selected in Career Action
Worksheet 5-1, customize your Qualifications as needed for these different Job
Objectives. Update the Skills section of your LinkedIn® profile using these finalized
Qualifications.

Ensure that these updates are in the “About Jobs” section of your Career Builder Files.
