Deadlines for Government Transactions

To ensure efficiency, all government agencies must complete transactions within the following
mandatory time frames:

 Simple Transactions: Applications and requests that require only standard ministerial action shall
be processed within 3 business days.
 Complex Transactions: Applications and requests that require resolution of complicated issues
shall be processed within 7 business days.
 Highly Technical Transactions: Applications and requests that require highly technical or
specialized knowledge shall be processed within 20 business days.
