14. A person was working with a hatchet. Suddenly the head of the hatchet flew
and hit B. B dies. Explain.

15. ‘A’ causes accident where in B dies. Discuss the liability of A.

16. A takes a stick to beat B. B takes a dagger and kills A. Whether B is exempted
under private defence of his criminal liability.

17. A takes away the property of B without his consent with an intention to move
it away from A. Discuss.
