Reset forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password or you've been locked out of your account after
entering your password incorrectly, reset your password from the Xero login
page. We'll email you a link to creates a new password to log in with. The link is
valid for 48 hours and you'll need to request a new one if you don't use the link
within that time. We don't email forgotten passwords for security reasons.

1. Go to the Xero login page.

2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address you use to log in to Xero, then select the Send
link button.
4. Check your email. Once you've received your forgotten password email,
use the link in it to reset your password.

If you're still waiting on the email to reset your password, check your junk
or spam folders.
5. Log in to Xero using your new password.
