Muhammad Rizal is great dedicated and integrity by being supportive and

contributive in handling all the activity of students as the Chief of Student
Executive Board at Public Health Faculty,create the community service to the
society the named Sultan Husada. As the proven of his quality, Muhammad
Rizal has been selected from more than 16.500 candidates to be part of top
150 selected students for the program of XL Future Leaders Batch 4 and he
was selected as one of 20 young leaders out of 4.100 candidates to be part of
Fall YSEALI USA 2016 in Northern Illinois University. Base on his record of
achievement and contribution, Muhammad Rizal is another excellent young
leader. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to rise to any challenge
that he must face.

LEADERSHIP ACTIVITIES
2015 – 2016 Chief of Student Executive Board/BEM at Public Health Faculty where this
formal organization already vacum 3 periode before and his duties are :
 Led a formal member of 55 and also more than 1000 students of Public
Health
 Build new system base on the needs of the organization. He created the
structure of department also with the duty and function and also made
new regulation as the guidance of the organization that still in used by the
next periode
 Succed in managed 20+ activities with no any financial support from the
faculty eventhough in one of the event able in getting surplus 20 million

2014 – present Chief of Sultan Husada Community. This community service focus on the
health of children in the orphanage and also regulary run the low cost of
health check up for medan society.
 Colaborated with 8 others university fellows with different discipline
 Scheduled the programe and succed in collaborated with other community
in making the health check up with 200+ patients in a day.
 Succed in bringing this community in joining the YSEALI Program which is
focus on civic engagement at United Stated.
