Statement of the Problem

This study aims to know the entitled Professors and Students of Polytechnic

University of the Philippines – Maragondon Branch Challenges encountered in terms of

Presentation and Publication of Research Outputs. Specifically, this research seeks

answers to the following questions:

1. What is the profile of the students in terms of:

b) Year Level

c) Programme Enrolled

d) Seminars/Trainings Attended

e) Research Background

2. What is the profile of the faculty, admin and staffs in terms of:

a) Educational Background

b) Work Experience

c) Research Production

d) Research Presentation

e) Publication

f) Citation

g) Awards Received

h) Inventions

3. What challenges and problems does the respondents encounter in the

presentation and publication of research outputs in the following factors:

a) Time
b) Experience

c) Research fundin

4. The significance Difference between the Students and Professor’s in the

challenges they encountered in terms Presentation and Publication of Research

Outputs.
