Service Offering

Emission monitoring / Energy saving services

• Emissions enter the atmosphere through leaking pipes and equipment such as valves, flanges, pump seals,
connections etc.

• The services are performed on above ground pipes, for the following target industries: oil & gas (on- and
offshore), chemicals, gas transport and pharmaceutical production

• Activities consist of measuring all possible leak sources, processing the data via a proprietary software tool,
reporting the leaks and advising with loss reduction programs

• Full range of services, including Leak Detection And Repair (LDAR), IR Quick Scan, flare loss monitoring, steam
loss monitoring and tank loss monitoring

Fugitive emissions & LDAR

Fugitive emissions
= atmospheric emissions coming from process line equipment

LDAR (Leak Detection And Repair) program

= is a project to measure, control and to reduce fugitive
emissions.

IR camera monitoring & SMART LDAR

•Detection of large emission leaks by using an Infra Red camera

to inspect at process line equipment

program
Financially very attractive
• Repays itself typically in less then 6 months
• The yearly cost reduction equals, in some cases, 10 times the complete
project cost!

Reducing the impact on the environment

• Savings on energy, water, and CO2 exhaust (Kyoto)

Safety expansion

Production efficiency elevation

TS makes a complete overview of
process line equipment and flow cycles…
Based on the client’s initial P&ID
documentation, the company
drafts a complete and
detailed map showing
product flows of the various
gaseous products in a
production plant, with each
flow indicated in a unique
color
The company makes an
exhaustive inventory of all
process equipment, including
detailed technical information
Each component is tagged with
a unique ID label, containing
all relevant information,
including leakage details, for
easy traceability
Accordingly, the company’s
proprietary software links to a
complete P&ID map in
AutoCad showing both
product flows and all labeled

separate layer
The produced map is fully in
