IV. Rationale:
The Division of Compostela Valley – DepEd will conduct the division festival of talents
for science. This is to serve as a venue and opportunity for the students and teachers to
harness and showcase their intelligence, skills and talents in the field of science and
technology through different competitions. It will promote their critical, scientific and
technological skills as fundamental requirements for the 21st century development.
With the collaborative effort of the PTA, School Administration, Teachers/,
Stakeholders and Students may lead to the success of the said competitions
a. Objective: To provide opportunities for students and teachers to showcase and to present
their critical and creative skills and knowledge with science and technology through the
contests to be conducted this October 28-30, 2019 at Maragusan National High School,
Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province.

Pindasan National High School will participate in Division Festival of Talent for Science this coming October
28-30, 2019 at Maragusan National High School, Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province. This is to
provide venue and opportunity for the students and teachers to harness and showcase their intelligence,
skills and talents in the field of science and technology through different competitions.

In connection with this, we would like to request a budget intended for the fare, food and other expenses in
the amount of Twelve Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos (P 12 720.00) chargeable against PTA
support (Science Fund).
