other terms, based on market feedback from Sales.
❖ Advising Purchase Manager about course of action for future tenders based on the
analysis.
❖ Preparing & launching bid documents for PPM (VPP) Project.
❖ Compiling received bids to prepare bid opening report.
❖ Preparing evaluation tables in excel for evaluation of received bids of VPP products
& Freight Costs.
❖ Evaluating received bids on the basis of technical compliances, prices, lead time &
other terms mentioned in bid document & selecting the best supplier.
❖ Preparing evaluation report for received bids.
❖ Analysing freight quotations from various freight forwarders & selection of best
freight forwarder for a particular project.
❖ Maintaining Production capacity overview of Suppliers.
