Subject – Wrong Debit to my ICICI Bank account

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

I have bought product from Amazon.com and set the auto debit to my ICICI Bank Account. I have
cancelled the product immediately after 10 days and Amazon has initiated the refund on 11th of
November, 2018. Still I have got the debit to my bank account for Rs. 14392/-. I have informed it to
bank and asked for cancellation of Debit and refund the money. It is being more than 20 days, they
have still not taken any action on this issue. I have again got the debit on 4th December, 2018 and I
again informed the bank about it. They are saying they require more time to investigate this matter.
