25.1 Construction of temporary shed with 300mm high plinth and floor, Bhaluka
bamboo post driving at least 750mm under ground, height above plinth
2400mm, wattle wall mud plastered and white wash two coats, 100mm
thick thatched roof, double mat doors and windows etc. complete as
directed as specified.

a) With whole Jati bamboo rua frame Sq.m

25.2 Supplying fitting and fixing 750mm long F.I. Double straps at the bottom of
timber posts with 16mm dia. Double bolt and nuts and 550 length of
straps to be embeded in cement concrete pillar in prop 1:3:6 and balance
200mm length to remain abaove with bottom 75mm to be bent at
rightangles etc. complete as directed (C.C work to be paid seperately).

25.3 Jungle clearing including cutting bamboo and trees below 500mm girth
and removing the same outside the limit as directed.

25.4 Felling and removing

25.5 Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation and/or Sq.m
undulation of ground not exceeding 150mm deep abd disposal of rubbish
outside the periphery and lift up to 1800mm in all kinds of soil.

25.6 Jungle clearing including uprooting of vegetation, grass, brush-wood, Sq.m

saplings and trees not exceeding 300mm girth and disposal of the same
outside the periphery and lift up to 1500mm.
25.7 Cutting down trees where the building is to be constructed of girth
exceeding 300mm, grubbing up roots, filling pits and levelling of ground
lopping branches, trimming and removing to distance beyond 30m and
stacking serviceable materials and clearing the site etc. as directed.

(i) Girth exceeding 300mm but not exceeding 1000mm. Each

 (ii) Girth exceeding 1000mm but not exceeding 1500mm. Each
(iii) Girth exceeding 1500mm but not exceeding 2000mm. Each
(iv) Girth exceeding 2000mm but not exceeding 2500mm. Each

25.8 Providing and fixing galvd./M.S. tube (light grade) outlet (spout) in cement
mortar 1:3 including cutting and making good the wall.

25.9 Providing 200mm to 450mm long GI pipe spout embedded in CC/brick
works for drainage of water as per direction of the Department including
necessary breaking and repair and sealing of joints for all levels.

25.10 Supplying fitting and fixing 200mm X 6mm thick A.C. plain sheet for R.m
vertical and horizontal expansion joints fixed to one side of column/wall by
necessary rawl piugs/screws/wooden plugs placed not more than 300mm
c/c as directed and specified.
25.11 Supplying, fitting and fixing in position R.C.C. boundary pillars of size Each
150mm x 150mm x 1500mm long, 750mm above ground and 750mm
below ground, including square base of 450mm x 450mm x 150mm with 4
nos. 12mm MS stirrups at 300mm centres tied in position withh annealed
bonding wire, cement concrete proportion 1:2:4 with broken stone
aggregate up to 20mm size including cantering moulding the top, curing,
6mm thick cement plastering in proportion 1:3, painted black and white
alternately in 230mm strips up to 750mm from the top keeping necessary
grooves etc. as per design and direction complete.

25.12 Providing precast R.C.C. slab in prop. 1:2:4 reinforced with 10mm MS
bars @ 150mm centre both ways tying with 20 gauge black annealed wire
with necessary shuttering, curing etc. complete including fixing in position
as directed.

25.13 Precast concrete block masonry (including quoin blocks, jamb blocks,
closure etc.) with hollow cement concrete blocks of approved size
conforming to I.S. 2185-1965 with 1:3:6 mix (1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6
graded stone aggregate, 20 mm And down gauge) having solid materials
not less than 50% total volume of block including curing compolete as
directed.

(a) 200mm thick in foundation and substructure up to plinth level in Sq.m

(b) 200mm thick in superstructure in cement mortar (1:6) Sq.m
(c) 100mm thick in superstructure in cement mortar (1:4) Sq.m
25.14 Precast concrete block masonry (including quoin blocks, jamb blocks,
closure etc.) with hollow cement concrete blocks of approved size
conforming to I.S. 2185-1965 with 1:6 mix (1 cement:6 graded stone
aggregate, 20 mm and down gauge) 1/4th having solid materials not less
than 50% of the total volume of block including curing complete as
directed.

25.15 Labour for fitting and fixing hume pipes in position with coal tar
immediately including caulking and joining pieces with cement mortar of
proportion 1:3 as per direction of the Department including all carriage.
