Dear Muhammad Ahsan Waqqar (-CEO),

With extreme honor and due respect, I’m hereby resign from the designation of Vice-President of
Technology Motors.

The reasons have been delivered to you indirectly or through other means in order to maintain the amazing
moments of friendship. But however, I have failed to control the difficulties that have aroused during this
span of time and neither could I see any action / step been taken from your side. Moreover, the element of
mis-commitment and keeping me under the falsehood has hurt the norms.

With a hope that this will not affect our friendship of decades, I would prefer to leave.

Wish you a very prosperous and successful business career and healthy life ahead. May you achieve
all milestones of greatness you were ever meant to reach.

It was a great pleasure of working with you and be a part of your journey to great honor.
