Description

 This course introduces fundamentals of data analysis by learning data

analysis process together with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
Students will study how to collect data, process and turn them into useful
information and knowledge which are important to decision making. From
raw data to useful information then to knowledge, students will examine a
number of datasets and case studies from different perspectives. Students
are able to develop practical solutions to problems in business and
engineering, and gain hands-on experience of using contemporary data
analysis tools.
