Conceptual Design
Devising an initial design concept to be approved by the Client with his requirements based on
an approved sketch to develop technically detailed plans/drawings.
Design Implementation/Coordination
Development of interior concept design with all relevant design specifications, fixtures, fittings,
engineering fabrication details, identification of materials and finish details for the proposal.
Approval of Design
1. Early fit-out NOC: Early Fit-out NOC from the Landlord (Facility Management/Tower
Developer) and Registered Authority with respect to the Community Management such as
DMCC, TECOM, DAFZA and DSOA (Based on units located in the concerned Business Zone).
2. EHS & Trakhees NOC (JAFZA): NOC from the EHS & Trakhees to start with Construction work
3. NOC after the Completion of works.

Execution of Works
Construction and Completion of Civil & Decoration works such as Partition walls, Flooring,
Tiling, Ceiling, Wood works, Wall Cladding, Artworks and Glass works and MEP works such as
Electrical, Plumbing works for Water Supply and Drainage, AC ducting, Fire alarm and Fire
fighting works and Structure Cabling for Data & Voice Networks and IT services. All performed
by our internal Technical department.
Required Testing and commissioning of MEP works completed and found satisfactory in test
and operations by our Architect & Engineers with Landlord coordination Engineers and
successfully handling over to our valuable Clients.
