This is in connection with our continuous endeavor to reduce our system’s loss (SLRP), I would like to once
again request for your favorable approval to pursue an ONSITE DT TESTING with the assistance of the
personnel of Repair and Rewinding Section thru Engr. Keflin L. Villabeto. This is in connection with the
KWHR meter upgrading of some of our Big Load consumers, hence DT Testing and its parameters are so
vital, that it will be used on programming/reprogramming of the said KWHR meters thus preventing the
amplification of future System Loss. Below, are Area 1 Big Load consumers that are subject for
replacement/meter change and needs onsite DT testing.
