Dear Sir/Ma’am:

This is to inform your good office that I have the intention to apply a slot in the
Academic List. I have been studying with the best of my abilities when it comes to
academic performances. It is known that the advantages to be a dean’s listed comes
with responsibilities on the part of the student. The benefits from academic will be a
great help in terms of financial support for my college education. By this, I am more
than willing to accept the responsibilities and take the necessary actions to obtain a
place on the list. In terms of adaptability, to know the concerns of the school regarding
this matter and the conditions to be manifested will be gladly accepted.

The PMMS has been one of the schools to have bestowed privileges to the youth. It takes
