Good day!
I am writing this letter to express my intention to continue my degree in the University of
________________, College of Law starting this second semester of AY 2019-2020. I am an
irregular 2nd year student of this college.
Due to some personal matters, I applied for a Leave of Absence on the second semester of
the AY 2018-2019. On the previous semester of the AY 2019-2020, I already intended to return
to continue my studies. However, because I have failed to acquire units from the prerequisite major
subject, Obligation and Contracts, according to the College Secretary the units that I could only
have for the semester could not comply with the 6-unit minimum requirement of the college. In
addition, all the subjects which I could get based on my academic status are being offered during
the second semester. For this reason, I was constrained from enrolling for the previous semester.
In connection with this, I would like to respectfully request your good office to allow me
to be readmitted for this Second Semester of AY 2019-2020. I am hoping for your consideration.
