Confidentiality Agreement
In order to protect the materials and all of its part submitted by employer’s
clients (“confidential information”) as publisher and in order to minimize the
possibility of any part of materials submitted by the its clients being leaked or
reproduced without authorization, I hereby agree as follows:
1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS
I hereby undertake and agree to receive and hold the confidential information
in confidence, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I further undertake:
e) Not to use the confidential information except during the defined time period
for which access and use of this information was given;
f) To report activities by any individual or entity that I suspect may compromise
the confidentiality of confidential information;
g) To take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that the confidential
information is kept confidential, including storing or disposing of all data,
information, documents and associated correspondence in a secure manner
and to prevent access to the confidential information by any third party;
h) To comply with any other reasonable security measures imposed by
employer.
