Work Instructions - Metal Detection

1 Caliberate machine for 9 Points, start caliberation 9:00 am and

make report in the following sequence A1 - A9. Process of
calibration is define/explained below.

2 Repeat same process every hour and at every stop-start of Metal

Detector

3 Process goods on Metal Detector

4 Make hourly record of passed goods on given format

Keep the metal detected goods for 1/2 hours in cooling area till
next metal detector calibration is doen and passed.

5 In case of goods not passing thru Metal Detector, put the garments
in Qurantine Box and update record on given format

6 Also fill the details of returned/not passed goods in contamination

sheet for further process

7 In case calibration fails, goods kept in Cooling area must be called

back and lined for re- metal detection. Immediately call machine
mechanic and get the metal detector repaired. After repair done,
again do calibration of the metal detector. If metal detector passes
calibration test, process metal detection for recalled goods.

Calibration Process
Metal Detector calibration and accuracy must verified every 2hours per day, using 1.2 mm
ferrous sphere card. Calibration has to be done at all 9 points described below.

Needle Detector Tunnel Area cross section visual :

TOP level A7 A8 A9 card placed on card stand

Mid level A4 A5 A6 card placed on card stand
Bottom level A1 A2 A3 card placed on conveyor belt

Procedure:
1 Switch on the machine and adjust the sensitivity to less than 1.2mm calibration
card
2 Place the card on conveyor belt at position A1, A2 & A3
3 Metal detector should sound alarm. If metal detector does not sound alarm and
card is not returned and passed theu detector, metal detector in not functioning
correctly. Immediately call mechanic for repair and restart calibration process.

Repeat this procedure for the rest of 6 points using card stand for A4-A9.

3 वसस्त्रो कस्त्रो ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर पर ककारर्यडवडधि कमे अननुसकार डिमेल।

4 डदिए गए फफॉमर्मेट पर पकास वस्तनुओ कका प्रडत घघंटका ररकफॉडिर्य बनकाएघं।

ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर समे पकास वस कस्त्रो 1 घघंटमे तक कक डलघंग एरररका मरें रखिरें, जब तक डक ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर कस्त्रो डफर समे कक डलबमेशन न कर
डलरका जकाए और कक डलबमेश पकास न हस्त्रो जकाए।

वस ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर समे पकास न हस्त्रोनमे कमे मकामलमे ममे, वस कस्त्रो कस्त्रोरकाटकाइघंन बफॉक्स मरें रखिरें और डदिए गए फफॉमर्मेट कस्त्रो बकारमे और अपडिमेट
5 करमे।

6 ललौटकाए गए रका पकास न हह ए वसस्त्रो कका डववरण कघंटकाडमनकाशन शशीट पर आगमे ककी प्रडक्रिरका कमे डलए भरमे।

रडदि कक डलबमेशन डवफल हस्त्रो जकातका हक, तस्त्रो कक डलघंग कमेत्र मरें रखिमे गए वसस्त्रो कस्त्रो वकापस ककार दिमे और पनुननः ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर समे गनुजरनमे कमे डलए
रखिमे। तनुरघंत मशशीन मककमेडनक कस्त्रो बनुलकारमे और ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर ककी मरम्मत करवकाएघं। मरम्मत डकए जकानमे कमे बकादि, डफर समे ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर
7 कका कक डलबमेशन करमे। रडदि ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर कक डलबमेशन टमेस्ट पकास करतका हक तस्त्रो वकापस डकरमे गए वसस्त्रो कस्त्रो डफर समे ममेटल डडिटमेक्टर समे
