Division Superintendent, and cluster and
coordinating principals were recognized.

The quorum for the meeting as determined and

later on declared ready for the business of the day.

Agenda were presented to the body and a motion

to approve was proposed.
With the majority vote, the body approved the
presented agenda for the day.

8. Release of RQA for SY 2019-2020
Monitoring team shall go back to schools

Prioritize the far flung schools in monitoring.
There shall be a terminal report to be submitted to
the SDO after the conduct of such activity.
In Occ Mdo, it is done for every3 years or for those
SHs who served 3 years and more in their current
stations.
All PSDSs will be reassigned to different districts
in the division.
Localization Law shall apply to accommodate
teachers who were assigned to different barangays
or municipalities aside from their residence or near
their residence.
There was on 43 natural vacancies allocated.
Area of specialization and List of priorities shall
be considered in filling-up the vacancies.
When a teachers served more than 5 years outside
his/her residence or municipality.
Registry of Qualified Applicant shall be released
once signed by the Personnel Selection Board.

Review the existing division policy on the
number of teachers to be observed by each school
head according to their position.
All school heads are required to come up with a
project in improving learning outcomes of learners
and teachers.
Utilize the result of BERF. Results must be
utilized in all schools.
Cluster Heads may not observe/monitor secondary
school heads. It is not their KRA.
PSDSs shall monitor elementary and secondary
schools.
Look on the pedagogies/teaching strategies.
Manny Padilla, made an appeal that may PSDS
just focus on elementary and Cluster head be on
Secondary in purpose of providing TA to SHs.
PSDSs are aloft and having difficulty in providing
TA for Secondary school heads due to content and
orientation of learning areas.
MSD: recommending to stop the practice to
designate cluster head to let the PSDS penetrate
the secondary schools.
AGV: Clustering is still up to SDS approval.
Will have meeting with the EXECOM.
Wilberto Villadares: raised confusion on the true
functions of Cluster Heads.
