SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I, JEB V. TAPONGOT, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a resident of
Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, Philippines, do hereby name, appoint, and
constitute, MA. THERESA P. GUIMBAOLIBOT, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with
postal address at Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following acts in
connection with the Deed of Absolute Sale, containing an area TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY
(280) sq. meters more or less, PORTION OF FIVE HUNDRED NINE (509) sq. meters
more or less, registered under my name in favor to GEO CLYDE DIU GORDIEL, under
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T37-2011002726 located at Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro
City before the BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE OFFICE, ASSESSOR OFFICE,
AND OFFICE OF THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines, to wit:

1. To authorize, process, transfer and follow-up documents in my behalf for

the above mentioned property in my name;
2. To execute, receive, and sign appropriate documents to facilitate
applications and update of the said transfer.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all or any acts requisite and/or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authorities, as fully to all intents and purpose as we might or could lawfully
do, if personally present and acting in person, and HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may also do or cause to be done
under and by virtue of these presents.
