COMPANY HISTORY

The LBB Accounting and Auditing Services is owned by Mrs. Liezel Bardos-Bretaña a
Certified Public Accountant and a Master of Business Administration who has years of
experience in this practice. In the year 2009, she established an accounting and auditing firm
with Mrs. Janelle Panuda a Certified Public Accountant, Mrs Noreliza Misal, also a Certified
Public Accountant and Mrs. Mary Sol Rosalita. But after years of operation, the partnership
declared it's dissolution. Since then, Mrs. Liezel Bardos-Bretaña continued its operation together
with her staff, Maria Lou N. Malabarbas until present.

COMPANY SERVICES

The company performs a large range of responsibilities such as doing taxes, numerous
accounting and auditing, consulting activities for their clients, who may be corporations,
governments, non-profit organizations, or individuals.
