Vodafone India Limited at SNOC, Pune as Assistant Manager ( BSS
Team Lead ) and leading CM Team and have hand on experience of
2G/3G Technology.

 Leading BSS CM team (2G/3G domain).

 Level 1 Approver for all CM related activities.
 Ensuring all SNOC process should be strictly followed.
 Take interview for new hiring and aware them about SNOC process.
 Monthly data preparation and present it to Higher Management.
 Ensure every team member should be more competent and coach
them accordingly.
 Helping automation team for automat CM activities.

handholding and fill the GAP if any.
 Raising CSR and take follow up until final closure.

 New Site and Node B Rollout 2G/3G.

 Spectrum reframing project completed within time.
A. Download completed schema frequency plan of entire Delhi and
Mumbai circle in one night.
B. More than 250+ Trx addition done in one day.
 SPC change in 80 NODES of Delhi/Punjab/Kolkata circle in 2 month
 SGSN in Pool projected completed in all four circle within 3 Months.

 1800+ NodeB Migration project drives successfully.
 Successfully Completed MIP project (40+ BSC migrated) in Delhi
Circle in 2011-2012.
