International Mail and Quality Monitoring Service S.E. "Posta Moldovei”, with reference to your
request dated 08.11.2019, concerning the non-receipt of the small package from Great Britain, inform you
the following.
The small package no. ASO2500GB99573149601 was shipped from Great Britain , to the
destination country, the Republic of Moldova, on 18.08.2019.
At the arrival of the dispatch was detected that it was incomplete, the item
ASO2500GB99573149601 was missing.
The Postal Administration from Great Britain was immediately informed through the verification
Note no. 4084 dated 08.11.2019, about the arrival of the dispatch with missing items.
We want to inform you that still present day the item ASO2500GB99573149601 didn't arrive on
the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
However, we would like to inform you that according to art. 22.1.1.1 of UPU Convention, the
designated operators are liable and the sender shall be entitled to an indemnity for the loss, theft or
damage of registered items, ordinary parcels and insured items.
In the context of the above mentioned, for the resolution of this case, the sender must address to
the local post office.
