AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL CONSENT

That I, TEOFANIE D. MANSING, of legal age, Filipino, married Anecito

Mansing, and a resident of Barangay Ajong, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and manifest:

That I am the lawful wife of Anecito Mansing and the legitimate mother of Aurelia
Mansing, who is getting married to Benjie Rusiana;

That my husband, Anecito Mansing is presently working in a fishing boat which

is now fishing in the high seas of Palawan;

That before our husband left for Palawan, he already knew that our daughter
Aurelia Mansing is getting married to Benjie Rusiana, in which he did not interpose any
objection;

That being the mother of Aurelia Manisng and after knowing that my husband had
consented to our daughter’s marraige, and by virtue of this presents, I grant this parental
consent to my daughter to get married to Benjie Rusiana;

That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily just to attest the truthfulness
and veracity of my statements herein;
