    OFF UAC

    1. Install Software ET 2019A v1.0


    2. Install Patch Files (Either x86 or x64. It's really up to as what the PC is.)
    3. Add set_level.reg file into Registry
    4. On hard drive C:// (main root) create folder with folder "flexlm"
    5. Go to My Computer properties, advanced system settings, Environment Variables.
    environmet variable name - catlmd_LICENSE_FILE
    environmet variable value - C:\flexlm\license.dat
    6. Copy and pege the license.dat file in C: flexlm
    7. Open HWID6 and copy ID
    8. Use KM to generate catet.lic file using the ID
    9. Copy and replace catet.lic in the installed directory.

    Products\2019A\Comet
    (64bit operating system) C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Offboard
    Information Products\2019A\Comet
    10. Copy and replace catet.lic in the installed directory.

    Products\2019A\Flash
    (64bit operating system) C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Offboard

    11. Run ET 2019A as administrator
