REPLY-AFFIDAVIT

Private Complainant, unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully alleges that:

1. He adopts, re-pleads and incorporates all the allegations in the complaint;

2. He specifically denies the allegations in the counter-affidavit presented by respondent, Luis

Manzano the truth of the matter are those stated and alleged in the complaint;

3. There was positive identification that respondent Luis Manzano is the person who robbed
Two Brothers Grocery as shown in the CCTV Footages and corroborated by witnesses;

4. That respondent Luis Manzano is exactly the same man in the footages who was clearly
identified- a man wearing sweat shirt with white prints at the back and wearing shoes;

5. The CCTV footages obtained are strong pieces of evidence pointing to herein respondent
Luis Manzano as the person behind the robbery at Two Brothers Grocery;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing for all legal intents and
purposes.
