    Sir,

    You are already aware that we organise training programme for students of
    engineering colleges on NDT in June and December during vacation at
    subsidized rate with financial support from organisations like yours. You have
    the soft corner for the students and your benevolent approach towards them help
    us to achieve such programme at an affordable cost for the students with no
    profit basis.

    May I approach to your organisation this time also for sponsorship of Rs.
    10,000 (ten thousand) only for NDT programme (just concluded).

    The certificate for the successful trainees will be awarded on the 20 th February
    in a special ceremony at BGI campus.

    we shall be highly obliged if you would kindly accept our invitation to become
    the chief guest on the occasion and distribute the certificate to the successful
