General The chassis is designed for use in stevedoring and transporting of both standard and high cube 40 ft ISO cargo container having a max. gross weight of 75,000 Ibs in highway. The chassis meets all the requirements and standards in effect at time of manufacture to operate in Canada. 2. Material High strength low alloy steel with yield strength not less than 50,000 psi are used for hot rolled I-beam and fabricated parts, 3. Front Locking Pin The front locking mechanism will be the Buffers 1213 or Schulz FB99HL-A. 17.Rear Bolster 8" wide x 3/8” thick top plate with 6-7/8" wide x 7-1/2" deep x 1/4" thick “U" type bottom channel, The reinforcement plate is to be a minimum of 1/4" x 18.5" x 18.5" with the hypotenuse edge turned down at least 1-1/2" Vertical full-height stiffeners (2) will be incorporated into the rear bolster where the bolster joins each mainframe rail. 18. Twist Lock The rear twist locks will be the cantilever style, Buffers 1207 or Schulz JLB-85-45-LHIRH. 19.ICC Bumper ‘The bumper step should be designed so that the legally mandated reflective tape is mounted in a recessed area, to prevent reflective tape damage. The step guard is 4” x 4” square. Brake System ‘A) Wabco 4S/2M basic system Is used. Wirlng to power unit is integrated into main wiring harness. Meritor/Wabco ECU valve 400 500 103 0, with Sealco 110800 spring brake valve. And the ABS warning lamp is located on the front face of rear bolster and marked by ABS decal. B) Evolution two tanks system. (Capacity 2,800 cu-in and 1,488 cu-in) ) Air tank will be equipped with a drain valve at the bottom. Remote control drain valve with cable. D) Brake chamber: Haldex gold seal 30/30 double diaphragm with 2.5" stroke E) Gladhands: Philips 12-1387 for emergency glad-hand /12-1367 for the service glad-hand. F) Color coded (Red and Blue) 3/8” 0.0. nylon airlines will be used. Air lines will be secured to the gooseneck and main rail to avoid any metal chaffing. The air and electric lines will be attached to the frame with a closed type metal clamp protected with a rubber material, Hose separators shall be installed to prevent the hoses from chafing together, on frame members or air reservoir. Rubber grommets will be provided at each location where ai lines pass through cross members. Minimum 12" of excess airlines and electric line will be provided and retained inside front bolster. 30.Electrical System A) 42 volt lighting system with Phillips wiring harness, for ABS system. B) 4" Stop/Turn/Tail LED light, Truokelite 44322R or equivalent €) 2° clearance and marker LED light, Truck-lite 30 series or equivalent D) LED license lamp, Trucklite 15040 E) Receptacle: Phillips 15-7609 F) Reflector: Peterson 489A/R or similar type All the LED lights will be flange mounting with stainless steel security ring. 31, Document Holder Installed on roadside, Maker: Phillips 16-802. © CIMC Ocean Trailer $ZJ9370TJZ39 32,Mud Flap 24*X30" anti-sail flaps manufactured of black rubber without owner's logo will be mounted on the bracket at rear of the chassis with 5/16" cap screws. The clearance between bottom of mud flap and ground is about 8° @ unladen. 33. Painting Metal preparation: Commercial abrasive blast of all metal surfaces to achieve clean bare steel per SA-2.5 or SSPC-SP-10. E-coat primer (minimum 20m) and Powder coating topcoat (minimum 60pm). 7 years warranty.
