Sometimes, what we see is an illusion, what we do is a reality.

What comes back to us is worth


giving a thought to, what we feel is there, and what we think is an expectation. So basically what we
expect from people or things is far away from the reaction we receive. Expectations can be very high, but
the output that we get is often not exactly the same. Reality is mostly cruel and harsh.

McDonalds is one of the most well known fast food restaurants in the world. The
McDonalds empire stretches around the entire world, making it one of the top restaurants.
McDonald’s serves various items on their menu, and offer different toys to young children. The
entire menu is affordable, and delicious. Making existing and potential customers knowledgeable
about products/services, consumer awareness creates more informed buying decisions.
Consumers cannot purchase products and services if they do not know they exist.
The message is from McDonalds corporation. The McDonalds also created the message because
the customer asked why their product is different from reality to their advertisement. The target
audiences of the company are their customers who is patronizing their products. And it shows
there how they shoot and edited their products when they are producing advertisements.
Expectation is a vision but reality is when it happens to you.

The video is very interesting because they showed they’re way on how they make their
own advertisement. The value that was expressed was being honest because they let their
audience or customer know the real process of making their advertisement. The positive message
that was presented is that they reveal the truth in order for their customer know that they are not
lying just to attract them. If there’s a positive side, there will also be a negative side. Not all
customers know about the different marketing strategies of a certain company or restaurant.
That’s why some of the customers are complaining on the actual product compared to the one
that was in the advertisement. They are expecting too much about the outcome of the product.
The video empowered and disempowered the company because it showed the whole world of its
technique and made them confident as a corporation but it disempowered also because it will
give hints to their competitors that will use against them.

Therefore, in business industry, you have to be risk taker of what people may say about
your company and also to be an honest one specially to your customers. Because the customers
serves to be your foundation in order to have a successful business.
