Days Meeting Minutes

Agenda items:

1. Assessment and resolutions of the past activity was made.

2. The program flow of the CEA Days was finalized and discussed that some activities were dissolved due to
problems within. The time and participants were also adjusted due to lack short notice of changes.

3. Some guidelines were changed due to short period of time and lack of preparation.

4. The budget for the CEA was discussed by the president. The budget will be coming from the combined amount
of the partial funds coming from the different engineering departments.

5. Another budget proposal and allocation were requested in order to adjust all the necessary payments as soon
as possible.

6. With no further matters and concerns to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at 8:46 PM.
