hello world. I am michel sleiman, a 26 year old

design strategist and architect. although I
studied architecture for my bachelor’s degree, PROFICIENCY

gucci - l’ogi wallet

conceptual product design for gucci’s hand-

held products that provides an experience
and resonates with millenials. a unique
wallet mechanism inspired by the japanese
ogi fan was created that allows total custom-
izability and plays on FOMO for potential
industry collaborations with brands and art-
ists. in conclusion, its gucci being gucci.
 METAL BUTTONS

Technical details
The buttons are used to fix the
leather and aluminum sheets with
the silicon structure in the
middle by pressing them inside
the engraved holes left and right.

ALUMINUM STRUCTURE
Aluminum sheet that holds the
leather tightly in place with the
help of the rails on its side. LEATHER / FABRIC
There are 2 aluminum sheets in Top shelf gucci leather and
the product, one from the fabric that is pre-pressed into
bottom and one from the top. the given shape to facilitate the
process of fixing it with the
silicone structure between it.

GUCCI LOGO
Metal gucci logo that is fixed
to the aluminum sheet by
two rotating elements on the
bottom and magnets on the
top for opening and closing .
SILICON STRUCTURE
Translucent silicon component that has
an open resting position. The silicon has
two extruding elements on the top and
bottom that fixes the leather/fabric and
aluminumum in place without moving.

gucci - handbag experience

conceptual visual design project to glorify

gucci’s zumi handbag. the approach
revolved around making a handbag wanted
by everyone and everybody, worldwide. an
experience was created around the zumi
handbag making gucci seem within reach,
create a gucci moment for everybody
regardless of their financial abilities.
The experience
The Discovery
. First point of interaction, the user sees
only his reflection on the window display
. People walking will wonder why the Gucci
display is empty, only decorated with a mirror
The Fun
. People will realize the trick and begin
having fun with the suggested bag
. Users will feel as if they own the bag
making the Zumi line within reach
The magic
. A message is written on the mirror that will
provoke the user to stand still for a moment
. The technology will analyze the user’s
outfit and insert a Zumi bag virtually into
their hand based on the analysis made

Jounieh how it was before the civil war.

to further promote Jounieh’s tourism

a multi-purpose project in saudi arabia

that invisions a complex of programs
between shoping centers, curated lounges
and restaurants. spread around a surface
area of 50,000 m2 the project is designed
with spaces and experiences in mind
to engage the user with the circulation
around the provided curated programs.

a mix between a villa and two private

residential buildings owned by the same
family. the project links the different
buildings underground and through
a common terrace as a way of circultion
for the family members between houses.
