STUFFIFY is looking for a Virtual Data Entry Clerk (Shopify) to join our team and do

a variety of tasks related to eCommerce (dropshipping) business.

Full-time position: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week*

Working time: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (PHT) (1-hour lunch break)

Pay per hour job: $1.80 /hour - Payment via PayPal every month (Salary may
increase upon evaluation)

Training Provided

*We use Hubstaff to track the working time and monitor the team

Main Duties:
1. Product Adding
2. Product Translation

Essential Skills & Requirements

● Have a laptop or personal computer with at least Core i5 processor and 4GB
RAM
● Have an excellent Internet connection at home or at the place you are
working
● Have a sense of responsibility, be punctual and have a strong work ethic
● Be quick to understand, learn and apply ideas
● Be able to search information by yourself and find solutions for work-related
problems
 ● Have a positive and flexible approach
● Be friendly, approachable and professional
● Possess an excellent command of both written and spoken English
● Spanish or French command is a big plus
● Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, able to
multitask and prioritize tasks
● Possess good IT skills and be comfortable with computers and Internet
● Have strong interpersonal and team working skills
● Be adaptable, able to work independently and creatively
● Display accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role, due to the ability to
pay attention to detail
