Production Management:
 As an Senior Executive Undertake regular preventive & predictive maintenance for improved
process reliability and reduced downtime. Responsible for overall plant safe operation.
 Monitoring plant performance, study critical parameters and advice for any change in operating
conditions.
 Study planning and realization of the maintenance. & operating knowledge of SAP production
module, about production department.
 Trouble shooting in plant and assist in the activities, during shut down, identify and evaluate
bottlenecks to improve production rate of plant.

 Operating knowledge of DCS Based Sulphuric acid, Sulphate of potash, Oleum 25% & 65%,

Monitor & improve man, machine output & it's efficiency.
 Storage & Dispatch of Product through tanker.
 Understanding of all aspects governing operational and Production activities and upto date
knowledge of latest technological advancement, regulations/ guidelines and statutory
compliances in the industry.
 Responsible for timely delivery & achieved Production target.
 Working knowledge of heat transfer processes like, convertor, temperature & internal parameters.
Process and Plant Safety & Pollution Control:
 Ensure safety of plant and personnel in the highly concentrated sulphuric acid.
 Monitor and control environmental pollution mostly stacks SO3, SO2, aid mist,CO stack, and
effluent.
 Monitor & control scrubbing on HCL acid and their stacks.
 Familiar with TPM, FMEA, 5S, IMS, ISO.
Achievement: -
 Reduce in chlorine gas emission with improving the quality of HCL
 Effective tool like kaizen, why-why analysis, one point lesson.
