TiE Membership Form

TiE is a global, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the advancement of Entrepreneurship. It is an

open, inclusive and transparent organization in all its beliefs and actions. TiE has recently established
chapters in India.

TiE Delhi membership is open to professionals with an interest in entrepreneurship, either in a startup
context or within a larger company.

Associate Membership : For an individual : Rs. 3,000 per year *.

Corporate Membership : Any organization (other than individuals): Rs. 37, 500 per year* (valid for
one nomination). For nominating an Additional representative from the same organization, Rs. 15,000
per year will be charged. (Please fill up another membership form giving details about the additional
company representative/s)

Charter Membership : By invitation, subject to a due process prescribed under the bylaws. The
Charter membership subscription is Rs. 37,500/- per year.

Additional Charter Membership : Any individual belonging to the same organization of an existing
Charter Member. Subscription is Rs.15,000/-.

The primary benefit of membership is networking with other entrepreneurs and professionals.
Members can establish relationships that can provide them mentoring, connections to mainstream
professionals, advice, (especially with respect to business planning and financing strategies) and in
some cases, access to funds. However, TiE, as a non-profit organization, does not engage in venture
capital investments.

In order to serve the needs of our members better, please tell us about your self, your company and

* The membership is round the year, i.e. from the month of registration to the same month the
following year. An additional service tax of 10.3% is applicable on each category of
membership.
