From Version V 1.5 onwards, you can open and print out the VDA - Cover
Sheet or the whole VDA - Report in all stages throughout the sampling
process.
From status “Entry” until the status “Closed”, you see all your data and the
agreed changes from the customer.
In status “Closed” you are additionally able to see assessments, decisions,
signatures and attachments of the customer.
The VDA –Cover Sheet and the VDA – Report will be with Version V 1.5
multilingual available in the languages German,English, Czech, Spanish
and Portuguese.
In detail:
• Page 6: VDA Cover Sheet until status “Closed”
On the VDA – Cover Sheet , as well called “Page 1 of the ISIR”, you’ll see
the type and reason of sampling, sender and recipient data, a notification
of attachments, supplier and parts data, the validation of the supplier and
the contact details of the responsible Quality Engineer.
