The case record is put up today i.e. on 12.11.2016

before National Lok-Adalat organized in the Civil Court
Premises, District Court, Ganjam at Berhampur for passing
necessary order in view of the petition U/o. 23, R-1 CPC
filed by the plaintiff.
Perused the petition U/o.23, R-1 CPC filed by
plaintiff and the materials available on the case record, it is
found that learned counsel on behalf of the plaintiff filed the
suit against the defendants for declaration that the plaintiff
is a valid member of Ganjam District Cricket Association
and direct the defendants to enlist his name in the
membership list of the Association. On further perusal of
the petition it is found that the plaintiff has received a notice
from the Secretary of Ganjam District Cricket Association
for withdrawing the suit as the Association never denied the
plaintiff as its Life Member and the copy of the said notice
is filed herewith for kind perusal. Therefore, the plaintiff
pleaded for withdrawal the above suit. Hence, in view of
the above discussion, the petition is allowed. Accordingly,
the suit is disposed of on withdrawn on compromise
outside the Court.
