Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Salev.3
This Cancellation of Deed of Absolute Sale, made and entered this ____ day of ________, by
and between:
SPOUSES --------------------- and ---------------, both of legal ages, Filipinos, and with residence and
postal address at ________ City, hereinafter referred to as the SELLERS,
-AND-
(NAME OF BUYERS, indicate if also spouses), both of legal ages, Filipinos and with residence and
postal address at (Address of Buyer), hereinafter referred to as the BUYERS.
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, the parties wish to CANCEL, RESCIND and ANNUL said Deed of Absolute Sale and
declare the same VOID AB INITIO for failure of the BUYERS to evict the present occupant, Spouses
Joel and Helen Orillo who were holders of an expired Lease Contract;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that parties agree to return to status quo ante whereby SELLERS shall
return the consideration given by BUYERS to SELLERS, and BUYERS shall return all original
documents under its possession to the SELLERS.
The Agreed schedule of turn over of the consideration by the SELLERS to the BUYERS are as
follows:
