Dear Hon. Verano:

During the 2nd Regular Session of the 7th Sangguniang Panlungsod held on July 9, 2019 at
the SP Session Hall, City Hall Compound, Masbate City, the Hon. Socrates M. Tuason,
Chairman of the Committee on Rules, Privileges and Legal Matters moved for the re-filing of
all the legislative measures pending before the previous Council. The same motion were
duly seconded by the Hon. Alberto R. Abayon, Hon. Ramil O. Yaneza, Hon. Meden G. Diez,
Hon. Joel V. Ibanez, Hon. Jasper Jarvey D. Bala and Hon. Allan T. Lim.

One of the pending legislative measures is the letter-request for Sanggunian Resolution for
a refund of Business Tax of Masbate Medical Mission Group Hospital Service Coop
(MMMGHSC) in the amount of Four Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty
Nine Pesos and 38/100 (Php 482,529.38).

In this regard, the said letter-request is hereby returned for re-filing, if necessary.
Attached herewith is the copy of the request and all other supporting documents submitted
before this Office.
