NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Notice is hereby given that PHILIPPINE PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE

COMPANY. lNC. (PPLIC), previously placed under conservatorship and
receivership for cause by the lnsurance Commission, is now due for liquidation.
The lnsurance Commission appointed Atty. lris Sylvia Lucero Bonifacio as
Liquidator effective 07 February 2018.

Parties having claims against the company are hereby notified to file their
claims under oath with the Liquidator not later than one hundred eighty (180) days
from the date of the last publication of this Notice on !4RCH i6, 2o1g
or until _-S@ 2018, together withJiiffi;
detailing the character, basis and amount of each and every claim, either
personally or by mail directly with the liquidator's address at Sth Floor, AIC
Burgundy Empire Tower, ADB Avenue, corner Garnet and sapphire Roads,
Ortigas Center, Pasig City or the lnsurance Commission, 1071 United Nations
Avenue, Manila, for consideration in the company's liquidation pursuant to
pertinent provisions of the Amended lnsurance Code.
