1. Subdue the well with fresh water - 2.0 hrs.

2. P/O S/Rods + Insert pump to surface - 3.0 hrs.
3. Function test of BOP - 0.3 hrs.
4. POOH tubing and Sand screen - 3.0 hrs.
5. Carry out scrapper trip and clear well bore till xxxxx mkb - 8.0 hrs.
6. Carry out tubing integrity test - 10.0 hrs.
7. R/in drill pipe with open ended till xxxx mkb - 3.5 hrs.
8. Carry out Polymer job as designed - 2.0 hrs.
9. Follow it up with Cement squeeze job in the interval xxxxx mkb - 2.0 hrs.
10. WOC - 9.0 hrs.
11. R/In with TCR bit and tag C/Top and drill cement till xxxxmkb - 4.0 hrs.
12. Check hermacity of the squeeze zone at 100 bar - 1.0 hrs.
13. POOH TCR bit and R/in tubing with junk basket and clear the well - 8.0 hrs.
14. Perforate the interval xxxx to xxxxmkb - 5.0
hrs.
15. Complete the well with tubing - 4.0 hrs.
16. Complete the well with SRP - 6.0 hrs.
