II. SIGNIFICANCE
This activity will strengthen the information and awareness of students
regardingScience and Mathematicsinnovations and discoveries. In addition, it will
enhance the skills and interests of the students in Science and Mathematics.SCI-MATH
Month Celebration will undertake activities that enhance the scientific and mathematical
skills and abilities of the students;

III. OBJECTIVES
The SCIMATH month celebration aims to:

a. Strengthen the relationship among students, faculty and staff, and the
community;and
b. Provide information on the latest innovations brought by Science and
Mathematics.
c. To inspire students to explore the richness and beauty of Science and
Mathematics through activities that encourages collaboration, creative problem
solving.
IV. RATIONALE
The Einstein Society and Pythagoras Clubare accredited Program Based
Organizationin Philippine Normal University – Mindanao that are consistently uniting
and encouraging students for one purpose to encourage students to take part of the
new innovations brought by Science and Mathematics and undertake activities that
enhance the scientific and mathematical skills and abilities of the students in the
campus. Part of the realization of its vision, mission, goals and objectives, various
activities has to be implemented by the Einstein Society and Pythagoras club SG in
coordination with the administration for the empowerment of students.

The Einstein Society and Pythagoras club support the vision by spearheading
activities that can help further encourage students in exerting best effort in developing
their skills and full potential in order to strengthen the organization.
