Narrative Report

On April 22, 2019 must be our start of OJT (on the job- training) but I
wasn’t able to attend because I had a fever, so I started my training on April 23,
2019 (Tuesday). I woke up at 5:00 am and did a morning routine. First I ate
breakfast so that I have an energy to start my training especially that I had a
fever before this day, and then take a bath and make myself ready to go. We
went to the office first and I’m already there before 8:00 but Rod-ricc was the first
who arrived before me and Jasper. Rod-ricc and I was assigned at Guimba,
Nueva Ecija and Jasper was assigned at Munoz, Nueva Ecija. A couple of
minutes passed the engineers are arriving and it was the start of work. We first
travelled almost 2 hours to reach our destination and it was in the Licab, Nueva
Ecija. It wasn’t our project so Engineer Jaypee said that we will just monitor what
the workers doing so we did. The project is a hanging bridge. There this a time
that the project manager asked me if there was something we learned about it
already and then I answered him just a little because to be honest I can’t
understand some of what they are doing. And then the lunch time is coming so
we decided to go and eat. After eating, we finally went to our project site and
travelled 1 hour again to be there. When we arrived at the barracks, Engineer
Jaypee gathered a meeting to introduce us to the workers who are we going to
work with. Rod-ricc introduced his self-first and then me. Engineer Jaypee also
took this chance to talk to them and asked if there is any problem about the
project and there concerned. After that engineer Jaypee teach us some of the
work we are going to do but we will start it by tomorrow. He also showed us
where the project is and what he already finished. We also went at the batching
where the cements, the gravel, and the sand are there. This is the place where
the mixer will be going to do the hallow. We went home early today, we
