Sub: Tender Enquiry for “Supply of Hydraulic Oil (Aeroshell ‘Fluid 41’) at 400 KV

POWERGRID Bareilly Substation”.

Dear Sir,
Sealed bids are invited on behalf of POWER GRID CORPORATION OF INDIA LIMITED for the
subject work as per the details and terms and conditions mentioned below.
(i) Earnest money Deposit : Rs. 4,100/- (Rupees Four Thousand One Hundred
Only)
(ii) Last date & time of bid submission : 19.04.2019 up to 15:00 Hrs.
(iii) Bid opening date & time : 19 .04. 2019 at 15:30 Hrs.
Procedure for Bid submission:

Bid (s) shall be submitted in two envelopes as under:-

Envelope - I: This envelope shall contain EMD. Sealed cover of Envelope-I shall be super scribed
on top as EMD for “Supply of Hydraulic Oil (Aeroshell ‘Fluid 41’) at 400 KV POWERGRID
Bareilly Substation”.
Envelope - II: This envelope shall contain duly signed bid documents and deviation schedule and
duly filled PRICED BID / BOQ. Sealed cover of Envelope-II shall be super scribed on top as Price
Bid & other documents for – “Supply of Hydraulic Oil (Aeroshell ‘Fluid 41’) at 400 KV
POWERGRID Bareilly Substation”.
Both these envelope may be put in one single envelop, mentioning NIT No. & Bidder Name.
INSTRUCTION TO THE BIDDERS:
2.1 NIT will be sent only by post to bidder at their postal address. POWERGRID shall not be
liable for any postal delay, non-receipt of the NIT etc., due to whatsoever reason, above.

2.2 POWERGRID shall not be responsible for loss of bid/postal delay/non receipt of bids,
although sent by bidder etc. due to whatsoever reason. It is also mentioned that courier
facilities are generally not extended up to POWERGRID, Bareilly Substation, due to location,
outside of city area, Hence it is advised that the bids may be sent through speed post only.

2.3 Bidders are advised to submit the NIT in sealed envelope preferably by Hand at address
mentioned above, strictly up to scheduled date & time, to avoid any postal delay and
consequently rejection of bids, due to late/any reason, whatsoever, in their own interest.
