CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE

Project : UNIT 2103 TOWER A, THE GROOVE

Contractor : GREENPLANET CONSTRUCTION, INC.
Construction : RENOVATION OF UNIT 2103 TOWER A, THE GROOVE

This is to certify that as of JULY, 2018, the Contractor has completed the Work in accordance
with the Contract Documents for the above Construction Package.

The above date is also the date of commencement of all warranties and guarantees required by
the Contract Documents.

As a condition to the final payment and/or the release of retention (Not less than 60days after
certification), the Contractor shall release the Work form any legal liens attaching therewith as
a result of unpaid claims of subcontractors and/or suppliers in the form of a sworn statement
by the Contractor or a duty authorized officer of the Contractor stating that all such claims
have been fully paid.

Nothing contained herein shall be construed as to waive completely all rights of the Owner,
Design Consultant of Construction Project Managers to reject the whole or any portion of the
aforementioned work should the same be found later to have been constructed or implemented
in violation of the terms and conditions of the Contract.
