NH-16) from Km.681.000 (Existing Km.681.000) to Km.731.780 (Existing Km.742.400) (Design Length=50.78 Km) in the
State of Andhra Pradesh under Bpharatmala Pariyojana on Hybrid Annuity Mode.

Dear Sir
I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent to work as Assistant Highway Engineer for the subject project. My consent is
exclusively to ARMENGE Engineering and Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. and has not given consent to any other
agency. My salary / consultancy fee would be Rs.1,5000 per month (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) including all allowances and
benefits.

That my qualification and experience given in the CV submitted by me are correct. The original Certificates about completion of
educational qualifications are in my possession and can be produced on demand. However, true copies of the said Certificates
duly self-attested are submitted herewith.

That statement of my experience including; Name of Employers, Positions, Periods of Work and Description of Work given in the
CV are supported by true copies self-attested. In some cases previous Employer did not issue Experience Certificate and in such
cases I undertake the responsibility of its correctness as enumerated in the CV

I further state that I have not left any work of National Highways / PWD / MORT&H without completion of the project nor have
been debarred by NHAI for their project. Further I will be available for the entire duration of the current project.
