Makati City, do hereby appoint, name and constitute MARC EVAN
GOZAR with residential address at 2924-F H. Santos St., Brgy.
Kasiwalan, Makati City to be my true and lawful attorney to act in,
manage and conduct all my affairs and for that purpose in my name
and on my behalf to do and perform the following acts, and things to
wit:

1. To claim my Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Identification

Card;
2. To process the employer’s registration of my law office, R. R.
Rosales Law Office in the Social Security System (SSS), Pag-ibig
Fund and Philhealth;

3. To do all acts incident and necessary to the foregoing.

authority whatsoever requisite or proper to be done in or about the
