I, EVANGELINE C. CARPIO , of legal age, MARRIED to

Ramon R. Carpio resident of 2252 Road 2, Sta Ana, Manila ,
do hereby name, constitute, and appoint my son Don G.
Carpio, of legal age, single, resident of 2252 Road 2, Sta Ana,
Manila, as my true legal representative to act for and in my
name and stead and to perform the following acts, to wit:

1. Sell and/or dispose for consideration, as he may deem

necessary, a personal property describe as:

a) Vios 1.3 J Gas

b) 2010 model
c) Motor No. 2NZ5633705
d) Chasis No. NCP929022516
e) With plate no. as NOL 623

2. Execute, sign, and receive documents necessary for and in

behalf of me, for the purpose as stated above namely to sell
and dispose the described property, the documents stated shall
include but shall not be limited to the execution of a deed of
sale for that purpose.

3. Make representations for and in behalf of me for the purpose

as stated above in any office or party, whether public or private
or natural or juridical person.

4. Receive payment and or any consideration for the sale and

disposition of the aforementioned personal property, which
shall include the discretion to determine the nature of such
consideration and tender to accept in exchange for the
aforementioned personal property, the subject of disposition
and sale.

attorney-in-fact/agent in full power and authority to do and
