Kettlebell University is a complete training and educational system based on my years of research and personal
experience teaching thousands of fitness professionals and coaches around the world.

Within this interactive terminal you will find a complete University, chock full of knowledge, exercise instruction,
workouts, academic research and tips about health and nutrition.

The power of this one-of-a-kind Kettlebell University is in your ability to control and monitor your progress at your
preferred speed and all of your work is accounted for and recorded in this virtual system. At the click of a finger, you can
review any workout and completely track your progress at all times.

Because the Kettlebell University is interactive, every time you log on and check-in, I will bring you along to review and
proceed to your next lessons.

To further support your education, you are provided access to medical research and journal articles on the topics of
Performance, Health, Nutrition and Fitness Science.

The Kettlebell University includes our state-of-the-art Training Center, full of lessons and workouts. After each
section, you will be able to demonstrate proper knowledge and competence of those materials and will have to pass an
end-of-chapter test in order to proceed to the next section.

The My Report Card section allows you to keep track of your completed goals and stay on track toward your net goals.

Enter the University Library to learn from the in-depth instruction on how to perform each Beginner, Intermediate and
Advanced exercises with 1 or 2 kettlebells, and to read from our growing collection of educational resources.

All your favorites exercises, workouts or lessons can be saved in your personal Favorites section.

Kettlebell University’s extensive data and analytics allow you to view reports, charts and graphs which measure
your progress.

My Notes is where you can record your thoughts, questions or any information you want to save for further reference.

Personal Assessment is where you will be quizzed and tested on your knowledge, to make sure you learned all the
important information you need for each level of progress and The Report Card gives you an overview of your
completed goals and what lies ahead.

Along with the rich library of kettlebell exercises, your Kettebell University training includes extensive warm-up,
cool-down and flexibility training. Learn joint mobility and safe, effective stretching for the whole body.
